HOW DO I GET AN ESTIMATE?
Easy! Just give us a call or fill out our contact form. We’ll ask a few quick questions and set up a time to come by. Quotes are always free — no pressure, no obligation.
HOW LONG WILL THE JOB TAKE?
It’s a tricky question — some painting jobs take half a day, others (like shopping malls) can take a month. What’s not tricky is that we show up when we say we will and always give you a rough timeframe based on your specific job.
ARE YOU INSURED?
Yes! We’re fully insured and covered by WCB. We’re happy to provide documentation — and peace of mind — anytime or click here to see our documents?
DO I NEED TO MOVE FURNITURE?
We ask that you move your smaller items and have things off the walls but we can move the heavy stuff and carefully protect what stays. We would prefer you don't try to hurt yourself!
CAN YOU HELP ME CHOOSE COLOURS?
YES — we’ve created our own three-step Colour Selection System to help you avoid decision regret and feel confident in your palette. It’s a game-changer.
WHAT KIND OF PAINT DO YOU USE?
We use high-quality paints from Sherwin-Williams. We’ll help you pick the right product for your space — whether it’s low-VOC, washable, or extra durable for high-traffic areas.
DO YOU PAINT CABINETS?
We do! Kitchen cabinets, vanities, baseboards, doors — all fair game. We’ll let you know what prep is involved and whether a spray or brush-on finish makes the most sense.
DO YOU PAINT HEIGHTS?
Absolutely. We use ladders, scaffolding, and lifts all the time — safely and confidently. Peaks, second-storey siding, or tall buildings? No problem.
WHAT KIND OF EXTERIOR PREP DO YOU DO?
We always power wash before painting walls. We also scrape and prime where necessary. Cualking and power sanding is a deeper conversation!
DO I HAVE TO BE PAINTING TO BOOK POWER WASHING?
Not at all! We offer power washing as a standalone service. It's perfect for cleaning siding, stucco, patios, walkways, decks and fences.
IS POWER WASHING SAFE FOR ALL SURFACES?
Not always — and we will tell you when it's not. Some materials do better than others and we always use the appropriate pressure.
DO YOU WORK WITH PROPERTY MANAGERS AND STRATAS?
We do — all the time. We offer clear estimates, clean work, and flexible scheduling to minimize disruption to tenants and customers.
DO YOU PAINT COMMERCIAL SPACES?
Yes — we’ve been painting offices, retail spaces, and multi-unit properties across Mid Vancouver Island for over 25 years. Whether it’s a single space or a full building, we’ve got the experience and crew to handle it professionally and efficiently.
CAN YOU PAINT WHILE OUR BUSINESS IS OPEN?
Often, yes! We’ll work around your hours when possible, or schedule in phases to avoid downtime. We keep communication clear so nothing gets missed.
DO YOU PAINT IN THE WINTER?
We do interior painting mostly in the rainy season, and reserve exterior work for warmer, drier months. Thanks to advancements in paint formulas, winter interior projects are totally doable — no more waiting for summer just to refresh your walls.

We offer painting services across Mid Vancouver Island, including Duncan, Ladysmith, Cedar, Nanaimo, Nanoose Bay, Parksville, Qualicum Beach and surrounding areas.
